Document Description
The proposed project is for the construction and operation of a Sports Complex on approximately 23 acres, currently being used as a plum orchard. The proposed project will include, ball fields for softball, Little League, and soccer. Additional amenities will include, restrooms, drinking fountains, a refreshment stand, bleachers, lighting, walkways, and picnic tables. Parking will be provided on adjoining streets and the park grass area. The site will be connected with Lone Oak Park, which is southwest of the project site. The Extension Ditch traverses the project site from west to east. The ditch will not be altered or relocated. A bridge over the Ditch will be constructed to connect the north and south portions of the project site.
