Document Description
The project includes a segment of the Wineville Avenue Regional Recycled Water Pipeline and two alternative alignments of the Fontana-3 regional recycled water pipeline and laterals from this regional pipeline ("Project"). The Project also includes the installation of recycled water pipeline ranging between 6" and 48" in diameter and between 41,525 and 43,847 linear feet in length, which will occur within paved public roadways with curbs and gutters and within compacted dirt access road rights-of-way. The laterals would deliver recycled water for irrigating large landscaped areas of the publicity owned park and school properties in the eastern portion of the City of Ontario and southern portion of the City of Fontana that can use the recycled water for irrigation purposes. The project is being implemented under IEUA's adopted Recycled Water Master Plan and the Program Environmental Impact Report for Wastewater Facilities Master Plan, Recycled Water Master Plan, Organics Management Master Plan (Facilities Master Plans PEIR 2002, copy of original Notice of Determination attached).
