The Project Applicant proposes to develop a mixed-use development project featuring the first major retail supermarket in downtown Los Angeles, as well as other ground floor retail uses and residential uses above the new retail development. Approximately 1,033,720 square feet of development is proposed on three sites (Sites I, II, and III), with approximately 116,700 square feet of new retail uses (including the approximately 50,000 square foot supermarket) and approximatley 917,020 square feet of residential uses (approximatley 1,021 units). Approximatley 1,882 parking spaces will be provided. Development proposed for each site is discussed below.
