The northeastern portion of the site contains a small grid of existing streets and buildings. These facilities include a two-story administrative building that contains classrooms, offices, and an audio/visual studio, 4 three-story dormitory/office buildings, a 170-seat auditorium, a kitchen and dining facility. Present zoning for the project site is R-R (Rural Residential).
The Master Development Plan for thew Ben Clark Public safety Training Center is a comprehensive training complex for use by law enforcement, fire service, correctional, and emergency medical service personnel.
