SAA #1600-2003-5002-R6 The applicant is proposing to grade a 200-acre parcel and develop the Fontana Business Center, including industrial and commercial retail and service uses. The project will permanently impact the entire 1.41 acres of jurisdictional waters on site including 0.36 acres of wetlands and 0.51 acres of associated riparian vegetation. The project will also indirectly impact 0.14 acres of the watercourse directly downstream by diverting surface flow to the Sierra Avene storm drain connection.
