Document Description
The project is an Amendment to the Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0131-R6 for the Garden Air Wash Storm Drain project. Since the issuance of the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, California Department of Fish and Wildlfie approved an update to the mitigation proposal from enhancement and long term management of 0.88 acres of mitigation credits to re-establishment and in-perpetuity management and conservation of a total of 0.82 acres of streamved habitat. CDFW also approved the change of project ownership and the Permittee from Highpointe JPR 308, LLC, to Western Pacific Housing, Inc.
