Document Description
Project is proposing widening of Bryant Street (also known as Singleton Avenue) and replacing four existing 72-inch culvert pipes with a 108 inch culvert pipe and 54 inch culvert pipe. A temporary 36-inch pipe will allow low-flow drainage from the Garden Air Wash to pass under Bryant Street and through the downstream section of the wash. The 108-inch culvert pipe is designed to bypass the larger storm events not captured by the 36-inch system. Two access roads to the pipe inlet locations will also be constructed for maintenance access. The construction of the project will temporarily (0.41 acres) impact Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
