Document Description
CDFW is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2012-0001-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Highpointe JPR 308, LLC, represented by Mr. Steve Ludwig, 20 Enterprise, Suite 320, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. The Project is limited to the construction of an approximate 210-unit senior housing subdivision on 72.23 acres of which 23.9 acres will remain open space. The project involves re-contouring Garden Air Wash. Adjacent upland areas to the ash will be developed as a landscaped pathway. The project also includes the construction of storm drain culverts, flood control storm drain, energy dissipating structure, rip-rap protection, street improvements, and inlet structures within Garden Air Wash. An existing detention basin that connects at the end of Garden Air Wash by the gold course property will be graded and all existing vegetation removed. The construction of the project will result in 0.54 acres of permanent impacts to CDFW jurisdictional areas consisting of 0.48 acres of ephemeral wash and 0.06 acres of riparian vegetation. The project will result in 0.65 acres of temporary impacts to CDFW jurisdictional areas consisting of ephemeral wash.
