Document Description
The proposed combined subdivision maps consist of 711 single-family lots on approximately 320 acres, for a density of 2.2. D.U./acre. A part of the site currently serves as an active poultry farm. A drainage channel with a minor extent of wetland-associated vegetation occurs on the northern portion of the site. Tentative Tract No. 30386: This subdivision map includes 221 senior dwellings on approximately 72.23 acres. These dwelling units would be single-family residences, restricted for senior living. Tentative Tract No. 30387: This subdivision map inlcudes 490 single-family lots, a 7.27-acre commercial site, a 15-acre neighborhood city park, a water reservoir site, and approximately 50 acres of additional open space and natural area.
