Document Description
The Applicant requests approval of a Development Review Permit and Structure Development Permit to construct a 3-building self-storage facility with office. "Building A", to be located on the east portion of the lot, will be 37,025 square feet. "Building B", to the west of Building A, will be 23,250 square feet. "Building C", to the west of Building B, will be 8,450 square feet. The proposed office will be 516 square feet. The total square footage proposed for the three individual buildings is 69.241 square feet. The maximum height above existing grade will be approximately 30.7 feet and the maximum height above finished grade will be approximately 38.4 feet. The proposed building coverage on the lot will be 21,325 square feet. The total paved area will be 25,781 square feet and the total landscaped/open space area will be 28,688 square feet. In order to construct the project, the Applicant proposes cutting approximately 23,000 cubic yards of soil. As part of the project design, the applicant proposes the construction of a sand/oil interceptor and a subsurface detention facility.
