Document Description
The proposed Pharmaceutical Sciences building would include approximately 124,900 gross square feet (gsf) of space consisting of a mixture of classroom-based instructional space, research and research support space, program support space, academic/research office space, a vivarium, and a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) suite. The proposed project would be constructed in two phases of development. The first phase would consist of the construction of the building and associated pedestrian access and landscape. The second phase would consist of the construction of a 220-seat auditorium located below grade near the northeastern corner of the building, and implementation of the academic mall located along the east facade of the building.
