Rehabilitate State Route 33 by constructing asphalt-concrete overlay on the existing roadway, widen the existing roadway shoulder up to 2.4m, remove and replace two large culverts, remove an existing, non-functioning box-culvert from a drainage approximately 17.5m from the roadway, modify 15 smaller culverts to accommodate new roadway width, and remove and replace existing utilities.
