Document Description
The applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel into 111 parcels as follows: 10 parcels for the duplexes (one unit per parcel), 96 townhouse parcels (one townhouse and garage per parcel), and 5 common open space parcels to be maintained by a Homeowner's Association. The project involves the request to construct 96 townhouses (see Figure 3 for the proposed site plan). The townhouses range in size from 786 square feet to 876.5 square feet each (each lot contains one unit and one garage) and will be situated on individual lots.
