The project proposes a 13 lot residential subdivision on a 66-acre parcel. The lots range in size from 2.4 to 16.0 gross acres. Tombill Road will be extended approximately 1200 feet to the east to serve the proposed residential lots. Open Space easements will be dedicated onsite to protect biological resources and steep slopes.
