The Friery project proposes a 15 lot residential subdivision on a 66-acre parcel with lots ranging from 2.0 to 11 acres with an overall density of 0.23 dwelling units per acre. Tombill Road will be extended approximately 1200 feet to the east to serve the new lots. Open space easements will be dedicated on site to protect biological resources, steep slopes, and noise impacts.
