Document Description
The project consists of a two-story, 30 foot high condominium building housing ten (10) residential units and a semi-subterranean garage. The ten units each contain two bedrooms totaling a net habitable space of 13,995 sf. The semi subterranean garage contains twenty-two (22) parking spaces and would be accessible from the rear alley, 15th Court. The project will be constructed on two abutting lots. The south lot (838 16th Street) is currently occupied by two one-story residences. The north lot (834 16th Street) is currently occupied by a single family residence. The project will be constructed in a single phase.
