The proposed project includes acquisition of property and the construction and operation of a continuation high school for 300 to 400 students. The proposed site consists of 4.6 acres within the 67.4-acre property, owned by the City of Escondido and known as Ryan Park. Proposed facilities include classrooms, grounds, administration, parking and recreation areas.
