Document Description
From the Termo Company's Brite 88-16 well site located west of Malaga Road and just north of Sunset Boulevard, dig a pipeline bed 48 inches (4 feet) deep and 7,400 feet to within County Road rights-of-way and lay 4" polyethylene gas line to Grimmway Farms located at 14141 Di Giorgio Road in the Arvin area. The pipeline will be placed within County road right-of-ways which requires a franchise agreement with the County of Kern. There will be three road crossings or borings approximately 60 feet each (no casing ) as follows: (1) Looking east from the well site, cross Malaga Road, (2) Looking north on Malaga Road, cross the intersection of Malaga Road and Buena Vista Boulevard, (3) Looking west at Grimmway Farms from the east side of Malaga Road, cross Malaga Road. Backfill ditch and road borings and compact per Kern County specifications. Provide traffic control per Kern County requirements.
