RS-1-1 (Residential, one dwelling unit per lot, minimum lot area of 40,000 square feet) and OF-1-1 (Open Space-Floodplain) and designated for Public Recreation and Open space land uses in the Mission Valley Community Plan.
Site Development Permit/Conditional Use Permit (Amendment) No. 40-0596 and MSCP multi-habitat planning area boundary adjustment to modify an existing YMCA facility on an 8.3-acre site leased from the City of San Diego by demolishing 2,801 square feet and renovating 7,913 square feet of building area, adding 24,372 square feet of building area constructing an outdoor 50-meter pool, removing three tennis courts and an in-line hockey rink, and adding a total of 146 paved parking stalls within two surface parking lots.
