The proposed project is the development of a Specific Plan for East Colorado Boulevard. The purpose of the Specific Plan is to improve the appearance of the East Colorado Boulevard Corridor and enhance the mix of existing buildings and uses. The plan also includes the propereties along North Allen Avenue between Colorado Boulevard and the 210 Freeway. The Specific Plan will include such aspects as improved streetscapes, public spaces, mixed use development and residential development.
