Document Description
The first proposal would subdivide a 10-acre parcel into two five-acre parcels. The property is currently developed with two single-family residences and the resulting parcels would each contain one of these residences. Access to parcel 2 would be from an existing driveway that traverses through parcel 1. The second proposal would subdivide a 16.74-acre parcel into two five-acre and one 6.74-acre parcels. The property is currently developed with three single-family residences and the resulting parcels would each contain one of these residences. Parcel 1 would be accessed off Cowden Road and access to Parcels 2 and 3 would be from an existing common driveway off Hospital Road. An existing well on Parcel 2 would continue to serve all the homes. A permit from the San Benito County Department of Environmental Health for a small local water system will be required to authorize this arrangement.
