A request to allow for construction of an approximate 2,500 square foot temple (for services and religious classes, and other special community uses) and recreation facilities (sand volleyball court, clay tennis court and passive use trails), which will result in the total area of disturbance of approximately 5.67 acres on an approximate 10 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Residential Rural land use category and is located on the north side of Laureate Lane, approximately 1,000 feet east of O'Connor Way, northwest of the City of San Luis Obispo.
