Document Description
The project involves the development of a four-unit two-story condominium project on a 12,600 square-foot lot. Earthwork would include importation of approximately 50 cubic yards of fill to be placed at up to three-foot depth to raise a building pad above the 100 year flood level of Mission Creek. The project would provide for a 39-foot setback from the existing bank of Mission Creek, with the setback area vegetated with native plantings and to be used as a common area. Drainage improvements to accommodate project runoff and protect creek water quality are proposed as part of the project.
