Document Description
The District proposes to acquire and redevelop a 1.72-acre site, currently commercial uses, into a two-story primary center of 31,456 square feet with underground parking. The school facility will serve kindergarten through grade 2 students and operate on a year-round schedule. Sixteen classrooms and associated administrative, food service, library, multi-purpose and support facilities will be built onsite. The maximum year-round school capacity is 466 students and the daily onsite capacity is 333 students.
