Document Description
The proposed project is the application for a conditional use permit for on-site remedial grading, and the concurrent removal of excess solid fill material to complete County Grading Permit #95-0912-002. Approximately 40,000 cubic yards excess fill material will be removed from the project site, while 96,600 cubic yards will be redistributed to complete prior permit. The proposed grading will yield a level, manufactured pad site measuring approximately 2.2 acres for future residential development. The site was previously graded and situated with 40,000 cubic yards excess fill materials. An additional 2,100 cubic yards will be spread to improve drainage flow as depicted under Revision 1, per Exhibit A-1. All proposed grading would occur within the project envelope of Grading Permit #95-0912-002.
