Document Description
The applicant, Halferty Development Company, LLC, proposes an amendment to the Bullard Community Plan and the City's Offical Zone Map for the 8.5 acres that comprise the commercial portion of the project site. A neighborhood retail center, with a total of approximately 79,330 square feet is proposed for this portion of the site. A supermarket consisting of approximately 58,635 square feet, operated by Ralph's Grocery Company under the Ralph's Marketplace concept, is proposed to be anchor tenant of the shopping center development. In addition, a structure containing retail stores consisting of a total of approximately 10,695 sf would be developed adjacent to the supermarket. Two restaurants and a convenience market/gas station, with a combined total of approximately 10,000 sf, would be developed on the site. The southernmost 4 acres of the site would be developed with eight single-family residences.
