Document Description
Installation of a rock-faced outfall on the east bank of the creek. The pipe will drain two, 14-lot, newly constructed subdivisions. Rock placed on the side of the bank will be above the normal high flow zone of the creek. Some trees will be removed at the edge of the bank (eucalyptus and bay-laurel). The area disturbed will be re-vegetated with riparian species, willows, and bay-laurels will be planted. The project is located 1/4 mile northeast of San Luis Obispo airport, east of Broad Street, north of Fuller Road. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0677 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mike and Diane Bergantz.
