The project is a request for a Habitat Loss Permit to impact 14.8 acres of Coastal sage scrub and 8.6 acres of chaparral/sage scrub vegetation. 5.6 acres of habitat onsite will count towards the 46.8 acres of mitigation required for the loss. The project will result in 45 single-family residential lots on 134 acres in Ramons. The project was approved in 1991. A time extension of the Tentative Map was approved in 2001.
