Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA# R5-2001-0333) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Top Mark Communities. The applicant proposes to modify an existing storm drain system by 1) extending the articulated concreteblock mattress approximately 20 feet upstream of its current location; 2) restoring the fill slope along the west side of the stream channel to its original design condition of a 2:1 horizontal to vertical sideslope through approximately 130 feet of the channel; 3) laying back at a 2:1 horizontal to vertical sideslope for approximately 75 feet of the stream channel; 4) placing riprap along the base and lower portion of the sides of the channel along 150 feet of the stream channel and 5) extending in the riprap along the lower portion of the sides of the channel for an additonal 100 feet upstream of the end of the existing riprap lining. The project is located along Federal Boulevard between Central Avenue and College Avenue in the City of Lemon Grove, San Diego County.
