Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to amend the boating policy to restrict the types of boats used at Lake Skinner to those which are powered by human, sail, or gasoline engines without the use of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE). Additionally, Metropolitan proposes to establish rules and regulations for speed limits, noise restrictions, enforcement and sanitation plans. This action is consistent with the normal operations of the existing facilities.
