Section 15313 exempts the aquisition of land for wildlife conservation purposes, including preserving access to public lands and waters where the purpose of the acquisition is to preserve land in its natural condition, and Section 15325 exempts transfers of interests in land in order to preserve open space, including acquisitions to preserve existing natural conditions and habitats and acquisitions to allow continued agricultural use of areas.
