Document Description
The Mission of the California Central Coast Research Partnership is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills between the higher education sector and the private sector in San Luis Obispo County, and to encourage the growth of high-tech companies in the region, thereby enhancing economic development and quality of life. The project is a long-term plan to create a dynamic and self-supporting University-Industry partnership that capitalizes on the strengths and mutual interests of the educational and technology-based business sectors in San Luis Obispo County. The project consists of planning, design, feasibility studies, marketing of concept, recruitment of private partners, pursuit if financing, additional funding, and general project management and development.
