The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to fabricate and construct a shade structure over the chemical feed pumps and controls at the Diemer Filtration Plant. The purpose of this project is to prevent futher damage to the existing chemical feed pump instruments and controls caused by exposure to direct sunlight.
