Document Description
The proposed project replaces two bridges on Camp San Luis Obispo. The first bridge, referred to as "Bridge 102", spanned Chorro Creek. The second bridge, referred to as "Bridge 106", spanned Dairy Creek. The asphalt-covered decks of Bridge 102 and Bridge 106, as well as several other bridges on Camp San Luis Obispo, were previously removed using a crane. The Bridge pilings were left standing in the streambed. Under the proposed project, the existing pilings of Bridge 102 and 106 will be removed, and each bridge replaced with a new structure in thesame location that will provide vehicular access across the streams. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0240 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. Douglas Bryceson.
