Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a 187, 600 square foot, 225-room all-suites hotel on the project site. The hotel would be 138 feet high at the highest point, containing 14 stories. The project is proposed for one parcel totaling 0.59+/- acres in the Central Business District of the City of Sacramento. The hotel development covers the entire 25,600 square foot parcel located at 1501 L Street (northeast corner of 15th and L Streets).
