The applicant has proposed land use designations for the 147 acres in order to allow the future development of up to 660 housing units (560 single-family and 100 multi-family units). The applicant has submitted a preliminary land plan in order to identify the major access points to Cypress Road and address infrastructure improvements. The application also includes a planned development in order to address the type and quality of future residential development.
