Document Description
To construct a theater building, which will replace the use of the current multi-purpose building. The project will add approximately 14,500 square feet of building area to the campus. This represents an 11% increase in building area. There is one classroom included in the theater, however, this classroom replaces the use of the multi-purpose room, therefore, the builidng additions will not increase the student capacity of the campus, which is approximately 1475 students.
