Document Description
An application for discretionary entitlements to allow development of the following: Rocklin Multimodal Train Station to be constructed on six (6) acres located at the southeasterly corner of Rocklin Road and Union Pacific Railroad Tracks. The project will be constructed in phases, with the ultimate project to consist of a 2,000 square foot train station building with lighted parking lot and a Park-n-Ride area for approximately 192 vehicles (36 spaces in the first phase of development). Plus there will be constructed 600 linear feet of passenger platforms with passenger shelter structures over portions of the platforms. The project also includes the improvements to City standards of the existing public right-of-way on Bush Street and some modifications to Rocklin Road to accommodate egress and ingress of the Multimodal Train Station for bus service, bicycles, vehicles and pedestrians.
