Document Description
The proposed project is a Planned Development Rezoning to demolish all four of the existing buildings and construct four new buildings with a maximum height of 50 feet, containing up to 250 housing units on an approximately 4.9 acre site. The housing will be a mixture of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units. The project will also include a 27,000 square foot park located at the southwest corner of Lenzen and Stockton Avenues.
