The project is the construction of a one million gallon water tank on a site that currently has a 0.5 million gallon water tank. Approximately 3.8 acres of the 6.2-acre parcel would be used for the construction of the tank. The site is located in the hills of northeastern Morgan Hill within a Santa Clara County Correctional Facility.
