Document Description
The project includes an application to demolish the existing library building and remove the surface parking on the project site and construct a new main library building. The Plan for the library requires that the City acquire 9,485 sq ft of property owned by AJA Investments L.P. and used as part of the Bank of America parking lot, as welll as 597 sq ft temporary construction easement that is four feet wide. This Resolution of Necessity would authorize the City to acquire the property through eminent domain.
