FHK Companies propose to develop approximately 30 acres of its 59.22 acre site. The remaining 29.22 acres (about one half) are to remain in an agricultural and open space condition. Approximately 291,100 square feet of retail, restaurant, office, and retail services space, and 24,000 square feet of lodging space would be constructed in several phases.
