Document Description
The project consists of construction of 285 linear feet of new pier that will accommodate 5 to 6 boats, depending on size, and four 35-foot berths for permanent use for a total of 9 to 10 new berth spaces. The 185-foot long, six-foot wide pier will be constructed on the east side of Aldo's Restaurant. The eastern side of the pier will be 185 feet in length, and the western side will be 100 feet in length. The four permanent boat berths will be located on the north side of the Aldo's Restaurant dock. The docks would be wood or concrete over polyethylene floats and would be anchored with 4 pilings, replacing 2 existing pilings. An accessible gangway to the floats will be included. Utilities to the dock will also be provided.
