Document Description
The Ojai Valley Inn and Spa will be expanded and renovated in the following manner: 1) reconstruction of 28 older and substandard rooms and construction of 95 new rooms, increasing the room count from 218 to 313; 2) remodeling of the existing meeting facilities, including the Topa Center; 3) remodeling and additions to the existing restaurant and related food and beverage facilities; 4) the replacement of the existing golf pro shop and locker rooms with the new facility; 5) addition of approximately 163 new parking spaces near the hotel lobby and at Central Services for a total of approximately 677 parking spaces; 6) remodeling of the tennis center and children's camp; 7) the construction of a one-story Central Services Facility on and near the existing maintenance area of Highway 33/150 that will serve incoming deliveries, house the Human Resources, Finance and Reservation Departments and serve as the arrival point for employees; and 8) additional structural changes and additions as more particularly shown in the project approvals.
