Document Description
The project includes the demolition of a vacant 151,200 +/- square foot retail store and vacant 24,600 +/- square foot automotive service center (formally operated as Montgomery Wards), the clearance of the project site of the existing improvements, approximatley 80,000 +/- cubic yards of grading, the construction of a 330,000 +/- square foot multi-level retail store, parking structure, and accompanying warehouse facility, and the subsequent operation of that facility as a furniture and associated home accessory store, inclusive of an on-site self-serve restaurant, office areas, and related land uses, including all permits and approvals required for the construction and operation of the proposed IKEA Covina project.
