The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0016-R6 [Revision 1], pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Forestar Toscana Development Company. The Toscana Specific Plan No. 327, Amendment 1 Project is limited to the development of 416.9 acres within the 961.2-acre project site, including 1.443 medium to high density residential units (300.9 acres), associated fuel modification zones (66.9 acres), park land (21.4 acres), and associated infrastructure.
