Document Description
The California Department of Transportation at request of Ventura County Transportation Commission is proposing improvements at the interchange of State Highway Route 118 (Ronald Reagan Freeway) and Rocky Peak Road Over-crossing in the County of Ventura. It includes the completion of the west-half of the existing interchange by constructing the eastbound off-ramp and westbound on-ramp. Both ramps will be constructed as single-lane ramp with the off-ramp transitioning to two lanes at the ramp terminus. A ramp-meter will be installed on the on-ramp. No acquisition of right of way is required.
