The California Department of Transportation is proposing construction of a new interchange on Interstate 5 (I-5) at Empire Avenue in the City of Burbank, Los Angeles County. The project limits extend roughly from Burbank Boulevard to Buena Vista Street in the City of Burbank. The proposed interchange would include constructing new I-5 access to and from Empire Avenue. This proposed project involves additional right-of-way.
