Document Description
The proposed project would entail the construction of a 138,000 gross square foot (gsf) building that would provide modern academic facilities wherein eminent research and education in the theory and practice of management would occur to respond to the growing need for strong management skills in California industry. The proposed building site is approximately 2.1 acres in size, located north of and adjacent to the Eleanor Roosevelt College housing project (under construction), east of Scholars Drive North, and west of Ridgewalk. The building would consist of an L-shaped structure that would be three to four stories above grade and would surround a central open courtyard. Landscaping would consist of eucalyptus, Torrey Pine, sycamores trees, turf and ornamental landscaping.
