The project is a 66-year lease of approximately 480,773 square feet of land area consisting of the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railway right-of-way located west of Interstate 5 between Lagoon Drive and Palomar Street in Chula Vista, California. The lease allows only for the surface uses of pedestrian and vehicular access, vehicular parking, landscaping and directional signage and for subsurface utility easements.
